facSR F. Anthony “Tony” Canuso, Sr.
Chairman and Founder
University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, 1955   Tony Canuso, Sr. was involved in all Neshaminy projects from its inception in 1962 until his retirement in 2003.  While working for F.Anthony Canuso & Sons, from 1949 until 1962, Tony Canuso, Sr. was involved in the reconstruction of the Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia from 9th Street to, and including, Oxford Circle. He was also involved in bridges on the New Jersey Turnpike, a section of the Schuylkill Expressway near Conshohocken, including the Gulph Mills Bridge, work along the canal in Trenton, and work on Route 295 and Route 42 in New Jersey.

Villanova University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, 1975Tony Canuso, Jr. started working with Neshaminy Constructors, Inc. in 1967 on a part-time basis and became a full time employee in 1975.  He worked as a Surveyor and Project Manager until he became the President of the firm in 2003. Tony Canuso, Jr. lists his favorite projects as the Cokesbury Retirement Mid-Rise, South East Sewer Treatment Plant, Reconstruction of Schuylkill Expressway, Reconstruction of Downingtown Interchange, Reconstruction of Frankford El, Reconstruction of I-95, and the Construction of SEPTA Parking Garage.

Syracuse University, JD in Business and MBA in Finance, 1989Joe Canuso has been the Chief Executive Officer of NCI since 2003. Previously he was in the private practice of corporate law at Joseph P. Canuso & Associates. Prior to launching his own firm in 1999, Joe Canuso was an equity partner in the law firm of Dilworth Paxson LLP. Joe Canuso is the President of the Pennsylvania Heavy and Highway Contractors Bargaining Association. He is also a trustee of the Comprehensive Learning Center, and the Holy Redeemer Health System Legal and Audit Committee. Joe Canuso received his JD (business) and MBA (finance) from Syracuse University, 1989 and BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University (1985). During much of his educational years, Joe Canuso worked summers in the field and office for NCI.

Allan Allan Corless
Vice President
Villanova University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, 1984Allan Corless has been serving as the Vice President of Neshaminy Constructors, Inc. since January 2001. He began his career with NCI in June 1989 as an Engineer. He also served as an Estimator and Project Manager.  Allan Corless is responsible for managing projects ranging up to 140 million.  Allan Corless lists his favorite projects below:

Jerry Throne

Mr. Throne has 14 years of combined work with Neshaminy Constructors, Inc. Mr. Throne has worked in the construction industry for over 45 years. He started working part time in the summer for Montgomery County, PennDOT and contractor J.E. Brenneman. His full-time career started in 1975 working for The Nyleve Co. as a Junior Engineer. After leaving Nyleve he joined Neshaminy Constructors, Inc. as a Project Manager and Estimator. He left Neshaminy to work for Tony DePaul & Sons as a Structures Manager and Estimator where he continued his career until moving on to work for Crossing Construction Company as a Project Manager and Estimator.
Michael Paulosky

Mr. Paulosky started his career at Elliot & Frantz as an Assistant Controller. After leaving Elliot & Frantz, he joined the accounting firm of Shantholz, Koltoff & Wouch as an accountant specializing in the construction industry. Mr. Paulosky left public accounting to work directly in the construction industry at A.T. Chadwick Company, Inc., Mechanical Contractor.
